| La gran preocupación de la Jerarquía espiritual del planeta
ha sido desde siempre el bienestar social y el equilibrio psicológico
de los seres humanos. En el transcurso de las edades, esta Gran Fraternidad
ha trabajado incansablemente para lograr estos fines, de acuerdo con la
ley del Karma. A tal efecto y considerando la evolución espiritual
de la humanidad en cada uno de los ciclos de la historia planetaria, ha
promovido, organizado y desarrollado una serie de proyectos cuya puesta
en práctica por parte de los discípulos e Iniciados de los
distintos Ashrams, o grupos espirituales dependientes de la Jerarquía
espiritual, ha logrado mantener alejada de la Tierra una muy considerable
parte de las tremendas fuerzas negativas que procedentes del propio planeta y aún de los ambientes cósmicos, hubiesen podido alterar fundamentalmente o volver ineficaces algunos de aquellos planes y proyectos tan bien elaborados por los augustos Responsables del Plan de evolución planetaria. |
The major concern of the Spiritual Hierarchy of the planet has always been the social welfare and psychological balance of all human beings. Throughout the ages, this Great Brotherhood has tirelessly worked towards these aims, in accordance with the Law of Karma. To this effect, and considering the spiritual stage attained by mankind in each of the cycles of the planetary history, the Hierarchy has fostered, organized and developed a series of projects to be worked out by disciples and initiates from different Ashrams, or by spiritual groups in hierarchical alignment. Their work has succeeded in keeping away from Earth a significant amount of the overwhelmingly negative forces from our own planet, and even from cosmic sources, which could have otherwise deeply altered, or maybe rendered ineffective, some of the Plans so skillfully devised by the majestic beings Who are responsible for the planetary Plan of evolution. |
| Sin embargo, los momentos actuales vienen impregnados todavía de tanta codicia, egoísmo, odio, brutalidad y falta de comprensión espiritual en grandes sectores humanos, que la Gran Fraternidad, inspirada desde el Centro místico de Shamballa, decidió modificar en ciertos aspectos los planes iniciales con respecto a la Venida del Instructor espiritual de la Nueva Era, que había sido prevista para finales del presente siglo, y aplazar para mejores y más nobles tiempos este acontecimiento tan trascendente y tan vehementemente esperado por los hombres y mujeres de buena voluntad del mundo y por las mónadas espirituales de los demás reinos de la naturaleza. | Nevertheless, the present times are still characterized by so much greed, selfishness, hate, ruthlessness and lack of spiritual understanding in human affairs, that the Great Brotherhood, inspired from the mystic Centre of Shamballa, decided to alter some aspects of the original Plan regarding the Coming of the World Teacher of the New Age expected by the end of this century. Until better times are come, it has been decided to postpone this trascendental event so eagerly awaited by all men and women of goodwill throughout the world and by the spiritual monads of the other kingdoms in nature. |
| A tal efecto y coincidiendo con el Festival de Wesak del año
1925, tuvo lugar en Shamballa un magno Concilio presidido por el Señor
del Mundo, Sanat Kumara, al que asistieron los Señores del Karma
planetario, los Ángeles
superiores de los Reinos y los grandes Adeptos de la Gran Fraternidad. En este Concilio se observaron muy atentamente las condiciones humanas existentes y de acuerdo con los acontecimientos que tenían lugar en los niveles psíquicos y ambientes sociales de la humanidad, fueron elaborados tres proyectos fundamentales que deberían ser puestos inmediatamente en práctica por los discípulos e Iniciados de todos los Ashrams de la Jerarquía espiritual del planeta, presentados al mundo como salvaguardadores del Bien cósmico y como precursores de una nueva ética social en la vida de los pueblos de la Tierra. Tales fueron estos proyectos: |
Accordingly, in the Wesak festival of 1925 an important Summit was held, presided over by the Lord of the World Himself, SANAT KUMARA, and attended by the Lords of the Planetary Karma, the Regent Angels of the Kingdoms, and the great Adepts of the Hierarchy. In this Summit, the prevalent human conditions were thoughtfully considered together with the series of events taking place on the different psychic and social levels of humanity. As a result, three projects were delineated, to be immediately implemented by the disciples and Initiates of all Ashrams of the Spiritual Hierarchy of the planet, who would be sent to the world as safeguards of the Cosmic Good, and as forerunners of the new social ethics in the life of the people of Earth. These projects were: |
| 1º. Promover el reconocimiento del Reino de Dios, Shamballa, en todos los medios esotéricos, religiosos, filosóficos y metafísicos del mundo y presentar a la Jerarquía espiritual del planeta o Gran Fraternidad Blanca, como el Ashram espiritual o grupo práctico de trabajo del Señor del Mundo, a través del cual se proyectan, organizan y llevan a cabo los propósitos y decisiones del gran Señor planetario dentro del "círculo-no-se-pasa" de la Tierra. | I. To foster the realization of the Kingdom of God, SHAMBALLA, by all esoteric, religious and philosophic means of the world; and to present the Spiritual Hierarchy of the planet, or the Great White Brotherhood, as the main Ashram and executive work group of the Lord of the World, whereby all the goals and decisions of this Great planetary Lord are planned, organized and carried out within the ring-pass-not of the Earth. |
| 2º. Atraer la atención de los aspirantes espirituales del
mundo y muy especialmente de los científicos con mente
amplia y progresista, sobre aquella misteriosa corriente de vida logoica definida esotéricamente como "dévica" o angélica, considerándola la Energía potencial de la Creación, cósmica, solar, planetaria, humana y a?ómica. |
II. To draw the attention of the spiritual aspirants of the world, specifically among open-minded and progressive scientists, to that mysterious current of logoic life, esoterically defined as “devic” or angelic, viewing it as the potential ENERGY of the cosmic, solar, planetary and atomic Creation. |
| 3º. Introducir conscientemente a los discípulos espirituales de los distintos Ashrams de la Jerarquía espiritual del planeta en los misterios de la Creación, desarrollando en ellos mediante técnicas apropiadas, aquella actividad espiritual técnicamente descripta por los Adeptos como Magia Organizada, que ha de orientar los esfuerzos de los discípulos para el bienestar de la Raza y hacia el Servicio creador. | III. To bring to the attention of the spiritual disciples of the different Ashrams of the spiritual Hierarchy the mysteries of Creation, awakening and developing in them, through the appropriate techniques, that spiritual activity technically described by the Adepts as ORGANIZED MAGIC, which is intended to direct their efforts in creative Service for the welfare of the Race. |
| Este triple proyecto ha ido desarrollándose desde entonces en
los ambientes sociales de la humanidad mediante:
a. La publicación de libros haciendo referencia a uno o a otro de estos tres proyectos jerárquicos. b. La inserción de artículos relativos al triple proyecto en revistas esotéricas, metafísicas y científicas. c. Conferencias públicas, dando a conocer por medio de discípulos convenientemente preparados, ideas y razonamientos relativos a estos grandes propósitos de Shamballa. d. La actitud positiva, altamente lógica y científica
adoptada por la mayor parte de los discípulos espirituales de los
distintos Ashrams de la Jerarquía, lo cual permitió presentar
tales ideas de manera racional e intelectual y no meramente mística
en los ambientes sociales del mundo.

Since then, this three-fold project has been developed within social
circles of the human race through:
a. The publication of books dealing with one or more of these three hierarchical projects. b. The publication of articles related to the three-fold project in esoteric, metaphysical and scientific journals. c. Public speeches, through which the ideas and concepts related to the great aims of Shamballa are being disseminated by well-trained and skilled disciples. d. A highly positive, logical and scientific attitude of most spiritual disciples in all Ashrams of the Hierarchy, who have been able to present such ideas in a rational and intellectual –and not merely mystic- way in all social circles of the world. |
| El Reino de Shamballa
El reino de Dios o Shamballa, no fue presentado todavía al mundo general de las creencias religiosas en su verdadera y omniabarcante dimensión. Generalmente, las grandes organizaciones religiosas del mundo, singularmente las occidentales, suelen presentar el Reino de Dios y Su Justicia como una alternativa propia y arrogándose el derecho de representantes genuinos de ese Reino de Dios en la Tierra. Sin embargo, la realidad de Shamballa es demasiado elevada y grandiosa para que pueda caber en estos pequeños y limitados moldes religiosos, tan intelectualmente estrechos y dogmáticos. Sólo los grupos verdaderamente esotéricos, inspirados espiritualmente desde los Ashrams de la Jerarquía, podrán exponer en su más apropiada dimensión la realidad infinita de este Reino trascendente. |
THE KINGDOM OF SHAMBALLA
The Kingdom of God, or SHAMBALLA, has not yet been introduced to the world of religious beliefs in its true and all-inclusive dimension. The great religious organizations of the world, particularly the western ones, are often apt to present the Kingdom of God and His Justice in their own terms, claiming to be the only legitimate representatives of this Kingdom on Earth. But the reality of Shamballa is far too lofty and magnificent to fit into those limited patterns, so intellectually narrow and dogmatic. Only the truly esoteric groups, spiritually inspired from the Ashrams of the Hierarchy, will be able to set forth the fathomless reality of this transcendent kingdom in its true dimension. |
| La Energía Dévica
Con respecto a la exposición científica de la evolución dévica como la Energía potencial de la Creación, podemos decir que éste es un reto muy actual y en el curso de las tres últimas décadas se han publicado en diversas partes del mundo muchos libros sobre este interesante tema, escritos por distintos y muy cualificados discípulos espirituales, de manera tal que su conocimiento ha logrado penetrar en muchas áreas del saber humano, hasta el punto que las elevadas jerarquías de una de las más poderosas organizaciones religiosas del mundo, ante la evidencia de que unos seres celestiales considerados hasta aquí poco menos que como un patrimonio casi exclusivo de sus doctrinas religiosas, pasaban al dominio público de lo natural e intelectual, no tuvieron otra opción bajo riesgo de quedar rezagados en materia tan importante, de pronunciarse abiertamente sobre la existencia de los Ángeles y sus influencias espirituales en la vida de los seres humanos, así como sobre las virtudes operativas del Espíritu Santo en la vida social de la humanidad. |
THE DEVIC ENERGY
Regarding the scientific presentation of the devic evolution as
the potential ENERGY of Creation, we could say that this is today a timely
challenge. During the last decades many books have been written on this
interesting topic, some of them by qualified spiritual disciples. This
knowledge has reached so many fields of human endeavor that embarrased
high officials of one of the most powerful religious organizations worldwide
were forced to openly admit the existence of Angels and their natural,
spiritual and intellectual influence on human affairs. They acknowledged
the factual existence of Angels, as well as the operational activities
of the Holy Spirit on human affairs, after realizing how these celestial
beings, so far considered only within their own exclusive creed, moved

ORGANIZED PLANETARY MAGIC
The study of ORGANIZED MAGIC, another great project emerging from Shamballa in this New Age of great spiritual revelations, has been gradually introduced into the world by means of parapsychologic research, experiments on telepathy and the awakening of certain higher psychic faculties among highly qualified world disciples. All this has contributed to a deeper knowledge of human psychology and of the mysterious lives which are the dwellers of the unfathomable realms of the invisible worlds. |
